MCP Jobs is a Model Context Protocol server that turns job search into tools an AI assistant can use. Instead of browsing job boards, you ask Claude to search positions, read the details and look up the companies behind them.
How it is built
- Node.js and TypeScript on the official MCP SDK.
- Tools for search, job details and company data, designed so an agent can chain them.
- SQLite for caching and keeping track of what was already seen.
I use it myself for job research with AI agents, which is how most of its design decisions were made. I did the development.
