«Perpetual Help» is a free devotional app made by Louis Perner, an individual. It gathers a catalogue of Marian shrines, icons and apparitions, the prayers of the day, and a wall of testimonies written by the people who use it.
The app is not an official publication of any diocese, congregation, shrine or of the Holy See, and does not speak for them. The catalogue aims to reproduce faithfully the judgement of the competent authority in each case, but the binding source is always that authority's own document, not this entry. Found an error? The testimonies are personal accounts. They are not recognised apparitions, they have not been assessed by the Church, and publishing one is not endorsing it. In particular, words an author attributes to Our Lady are that author's words.
Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. An account of a healing is what that person says they lived through. Do not stop any treatment because of anything you read in this app. In an emergency, seek help.
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting it you grant a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display that text inside the app — the minimum needed to show it to other people. You can revoke it at any time by deleting the testimony.
By submitting, you state that the text is yours, that it is truthful in what it claims you experienced, and that it does not expose another person's personal or health data without their consent.
There is no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content, nor for the people who post it. You may not submit content that is:

Anyone breaching section 5 has their content removed and may be barred from publishing, without prior notice and at our discretion.
There is no sign-up: your identity is an anonymous identifier on the device. If you change devices or uninstall the app, you lose access to the testimonies you wrote and the amens you gave. That is a known consequence of choosing not to require registration, not a defect.
The app is free, has no in-app purchases and no subscription. It is provided «as is», with no warranty of uninterrupted operation, of catalogue accuracy, or of preservation of what you wrote. It may change or be discontinued; if it is shut down, notice will be given inside the app with reasonable time for you to save your texts.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use. Nothing here removes rights granted to you by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code or by mandatory law in your country.
Brazilian law applies. The consumer's place of domicile is the elected venue for any dispute arising from these terms.
Material changes take effect from the date at the top of this page and are announced inside the app. Continuing to use it afterwards means accepting them.
