The app has no accounts, asks for no email, carries no advertising, and sells or shares no data with third parties for commercial purposes. This page describes, field by field, what it keeps.
The controller is Louis Perner, an individual, in Brazil. For anything on this page, including exercising your rights: louisperner@gmail.com.
You never provide a name, email, phone number or password. On first launch the app creates an anonymous identity through Firebase Anonymous Authentication: a random identifier tied to that installation, which is not derived from your device or from you and cannot identify you.
It exists for three reasons and no others: one «amen» per person on each testimony, letting you correct and delete what you wrote, and blocking abusive authors. If you uninstall the app the identifier is lost — and with it the only link that ever existed between you and your testimonies.

There is no collection of contacts, calendar, photos, health data, advertising identifiers or browsing history, and no tracking across apps or websites. No third-party cookies and no ad networks.
The app requests location while in use, for two things only: showing what is near you, and suggesting the place when you write a testimony. Your position is used on the device and is not transmitted. What reaches the server is the coordinate of the place you confirmed on screen — which you can correct before sending, and which becomes public on the map alongside the testimony. Declining the permission blocks no part of the app: the map simply opens at a default point.
An approved testimony is visible to anyone using the app: the text, the category, the city, the country, the point on the map and the date. Your name does not appear, because it was never asked for. Write with that in mind: do not put data in the text that identifies you or others — full names, addresses, phone numbers, or another person's health information without their consent.
Nothing is published automatically. Every testimony is read by a human before it exists for anyone else.
The infrastructure is Google Firebase (Google LLC), acting as processor and storing the data above on servers outside Brazil:
This international transfer is necessary for the service to work at all and relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by Google. None of these providers receives your data for advertising purposes.
An approved testimony stays for as long as the service exists, or until you delete it. A testimony rejected in moderation is discarded. The anonymous identity remains while content is linked to it — we do not use automatic clean-up of inactive accounts, precisely so that nobody loses the right to correct or delete what they wrote after months without opening the app.
Inside the app, without asking anyone: see your testimonies, correct them while pending, delete them at any time, report someone else's content, and block an author.
Under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, erasure and information about sharing. Since there is no sign-up, exercising them by email requires your anonymous identifier, shown in Settings › About inside the app — it is the only way to know the content is yours. Write to louisperner@gmail.com; I reply within 15 days.
The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children. There is no sign-up, and the only data a person provides is the text they choose to write. A guardian who identifies content sent by a child and wants it removed can write to the address above.
